I'm glad to have worked there, very talented and nice people, everyone was supportive and fun. Compensation is good with share options, and you'll be reimbursed on WFH equipment. Company has 4 weeks paid time off, with three extra "de-load" days every quarter, and company respects everyone's national holidays.
Cons
All the pain points and risks associated with a small startup, like funding. Vision for the new product is big, so knowing where to target efforts can be challenging.
