      Good place to grow professionally if you want to. Some interesting clients and a variety of projects & technologies

      Cons

      You have to take it on your self to advance but the company does seem to be putting in place more structures to help people advance. Some good hires in my last year.

      You will get paid for the work.

      Cons

      No loyalty. No raises. New hires will get paid more than you no matter how long you have been there. Leadership can do no wrong. They are treated and talked about like GODS. They micro manage you into oblivion. If you ever miss a call better be ready for dispatch to check up on you. If you miss dispatches call, the directory is calling next. Brad/Ralph may seem like they are appreciative of you and of everyone in the company but that is all fake. They only care for their GODS. Everyone else is fodder.
