      PTO and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      No increase in salary which doesn't affect people making hundreds of thousands a year. Cost of living has increased incredibly and not a single increase in wages in 2+ years.

      Everything micromanagement nobody knows what they are doing whatsoever the managers literally suck can’t ask questions because they never know anything I literally work here because the job market sucks and I got kids.
