Terrible Company - Anonymous employee Claritev Employee Review

This company is one of the most disorganized, outdated, and untrustworthy organizations I have ever encountered. Leadership is unprofessional and consistently disrespectful, fostering a toxic culture built on blame rather than collaboration. The workload is unrealistic, chaotic, and completely unsustainable. Joining this company was a serious mistake, as the level of dysfunction is unmatched. The TA leadership, in particular, is the weakest and most ineffective I’ve seen in my career. I strongly advise all TA professionals to avoid this organization.
