-My manager was very nice and helpful in the 3 weeks of my employment.

-Clarus Power hired an entire team of Founding Ambassadors to lay them all off 3 weeks later. -For the job, I had to message all my friends and family telling them I just started working for a solar company, in order to convince them to invest in the panels. But it was embarrassing that I told everyone I know that I worked for Clarus, since I was laid off very soon. This made me feel like the company really didn't consider its employees in its decisions. -I was not paid on time, and there was not a lot of transparency in the process.
