I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The biggest highlight is the professional atmosphere—the management team truly values their instructors and provides a great structure that allows us to focus on what we do best: teaching. The adult student demographic is highly motivated and professional, which makes the lessons engaging and rewarding. I also really appreciate the autonomy I’m given to refine my teaching methods and build strong rapport with my learners. It’s a very steady, reliable environment for those who are organized and committed to quality instruction.

It’s not a 'get-rich-quick' platform, so it’s important to be realistic about the compensation, which doesn't include traditional benefits. Because enrollment can fluctuate with the seasons, you have to be proactive about your own financial planning during quieter months. Also, because the platform holds a high standard for our video lessons, you need to be technically prepared—having a solid backup plan for power and internet is an absolute must to maintain the level of service our students expect.
