      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal and involved everywhere. The consideration everyone has for each other is unlike anything I've worked in before. Making themselves available for any question or having someone to lunch with, I immediately felt like part of the family. They really practice what they preach and this has made the difference in the work atmosphere. Additionally they're thorough and educational with training and give you everything you could possibly need to not just exceed but really excel. I've been here about 2 months and I can't wait to see what my future here consists of.

      Cons

      How much weight I'm going to gain with how much we're spoiled by phenomenal lunches. Otherwise, not a thing comes to mind.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay, blatant violations of Dodd Frank customary and reasonable fees. And they keep buying out companies to increase their monopoly.
