Pros

You get to work remote and get COVID. There are NO current reasons to work here.

I will start this review off with I have become embarrassed with saying that I am an employee here, but I feel that at this point I need to warn any future potential candidates of what they are walking into. Class has become a shell of a company. The main focus is to make money at the expense of its employees' backs, basically the culture is like a sweatshop and that is the mentality of the top leaders here. Our most interaction is with middle management, they care because they don't want to get fired too, but you get the directions from the big bosses and they say "everything is going great, we just want you to do a great job", "we care about about our clients" NO you care about getting there money. They don't care about us and if they do they should take the online training that they make us take or you're going to get fired if you don't. Everyone here hates it and if they say they don't it's because they are scared to get fired. We are losing people everyday from all jobs but the only thing we hear is "want to work more overtime before we make it mandatory at a moment's notice". Coworkers are frustrated and scared. Everyone thinks that the company is going down. All I hear is UWM is such a better place and everyone that leaves here goes to UWM and never looks back. I don't want to leave, I just want my company to be better! I used to love working here but now I am so scared to be an employee here. If you need a job, just don't let it be this place. I am trapped with no way out and you will be too! Best Company to work for? I think we paid for that.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Low pay, blatant violations of Dodd Frank customary and reasonable fees. And they keep buying out companies to increase their monopoly.
