Great company, really cares about their employees. Positive environment, clean, and very flexible with life responsibilities.

No benefits & you can only climb the ladder so much

The owner is cool, not uptight or strict about taking time off or leaving early if need be.

No room for advancement, the job is what it is, and there’s not really any positions to move up to. Pay is low. You spend the majority of your day listening to people gossip about others in the office while trying to work, and the ever-changing licensing rules and regulations are ridiculous. Very repetitive jobs.
