This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The communication and care everyone has for each other and the work is no match to any other job. I have been told that 1-year experience at this firm is similar to a 5-year at other firms.

The biggest conflict I have with this company is they want you to learn everything. Nothing wrong about learning everything, but the responsibilities you start having with different task. I would not let this stop you from looking more into this company, as the PM will take responsibilities of the APM work if something is done wrong.

From my first day, I experienced a truly warm and professional welcome. The onboarding process was exceptionally well-structured, ensuring I had the resources, guidance, and support needed to get up to speed quickly. Every team member I interacted with was gracious, helpful, and clearly invested in my success. The experience made it evident that the company places a strong emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive environment for new employees. Overall, it was an impressive start and a clear reflection of the organization’s commitment to its people. I am genuinely excited for the path ahead.
