Excellent organization if you enjoy solving complex problems. Staff are extremely passionate, dedicated to their work, and focused on impact. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and intentional about breaking silos. Leadership (despite being stretched thin) is truly top notch, and recently added leadership capabilities are already proving to be effective.
Cons
Remote work environment is a con for some; DC and Boston have offices that staff can use.

Pros
I had one of the most flexible work schedules, and worked with one of the best/ supportive teams that I've ever experienced in my professional career. No micro-management. There was trust in my abilities among my team. Also a great salary.
Cons
My team left ;); a lot of change in a short amount of time and leadership struggled and there seemed to be perceived lack of transparency
