      Mission, pay, most colleagues are best in class. Lots of great talent.

      Cons

      Outdated and provincial benefits for a global org. Leadership team not qualified to lead rapid growth, ignores employee experience. Bad behavior rewarded at the top. Chief of staff and head of Europe are caring leaders with solid values but are sidelined by rest of leadership.

      Pros

      Excellent organization if you enjoy solving complex problems. Staff are extremely passionate, dedicated to their work, and focused on impact. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and intentional about breaking silos. Leadership (despite being stretched thin) is truly top notch, and recently added leadership capabilities are already proving to be effective.

      Cons

      Remote work environment is a con for some; DC and Boston have offices that staff can use.
