Pros

I can only speak to my experience. Sean did everything he could to integrate me into the company. I also ASKED a ton of questions to learn the sale and unlearn some of old sales training. My advice to newbies would be to ASK as many questions as you can. Sean is a master of his craft and he can teach you just have to be willing to ask. For more seasoned sales people, have a beginners mind. Again, unlearn some of your old sales habits.

Cons

Sales is not for everyone. If you're not prepared to really pound the floor then there's someplace better for you.
