Pros
Flexible schedule. Could bring my kids, and spouse to help me. Was always nice being able to clean early in the AM after being on a bender.
Cons
Not enough hours or pay. Some people are paid more because they know people in management, so there is a secret pay scale for some people. Management is non-existant most of the time. Ask for supplies 4 weeks in advance and supplies never show up.
