Pros
Flexibility in schedule, fairly laid back, no one is breathing down your neck.
Cons
Low pay, favoritism, managers seem to be hired that like to sit on their rears and criticize everything, and hang out with employees in bathroom doing who knows what and can't seem to get other employees paperwork turned in. I'm still currently employed here.
