      Pros

      Management is a cohesive team. All are very focused on great customer service. The company is very community minded.

      Cons

      Service industries have a hard time finding and retaining quality workers. Janitors, housekeepers, and other cleaning industry employees are often not given the respect they deserve by the people they serve. Their job is not easy and they work very hard.

      Came from a cleaning background and being in sales allowed me to stay in my niche for the time being.
