      Really work with you to develop you further within your chosen career at the company

      Cons

      If you like working for bigger companies, this one is a smaller one and so you work very closely with others. Just depends on your preference. I prefer smaller companies

      Great company culture. Freedom to bring new idea and experiment with new workflows. Felt supported by my manager and senior leadership.

      Pros

      Nice office in Central London Macbook provided Kitchen Stocked/Drinks The company culture at the time was fun/cool so enjoyed working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      Honestly can't really think of any cons other than how my time at the company came to an end but just had to put on the 'it's the way the working world works sometimes' hat and move on. Outside of this, there were no cons and I can say I was thankful for my time at the company and the experiences provided, and support given.
