monthly pay.was told id have full training and support.thrown in the deep end and direct manager did not give any support or guidance.coworkers the only ones to help train me in a job i was brand new at.coworkers were lovely.direct manager not so much.very dismissive when asking for help or to be shown something.upper management micromanage with so many zoom calls and meetings everyday nearly.no support for customer service workers who cop the brunt of the complaints and workload.was not what had bedn promised to me in the interviews.
