Great team culture Friendly management and staff amazing office

Teams are short on staff.

The culture is really the highlight here. Even through the challenges of the pandemic, Management lead a strong, reliable, and focused team through some rough waters. But rather than weakening and wearing down, our team only got stronger and more focused on delivering quality product to our customers on time. Our industry was hit pretty hard and it really is remarkable how Management was able to respond by pivoting so quickly to start manufacturing PPE almost overnight. It still amazes me that there was never ever a loss of direction, but really just a change of course. Growing professionally and personally is also a key aspect of working here. Management and HR are constantly working to provide personal development courses through LinkedIn Learning or other platforms for anyone who is interested and through trainings and Lunch and Learns. The owners are always interested in seeing you grow and helping you reach your career goals. The team spirit and sense of community are also amazing. We know that we can count on each other in a crisis and we can use each other's strengths to get the job done.

The workload is really the only thing that can get overwhelming. Sometimes, it can be hard to keep up, but all you have to do is ask for help and people here are more than willing to lend a hand!
