I enjoy working here because each of the owners is interested in seeing you succeed in your career. They value everyone's feedback and there's a strong customer based culture within the company. The owners clearly have a vision for the company and it shows in how purposeful they are. There's also a very strong sense of trust between the owners and the employees. The owners empower the employees to think creatively and solve issues on their, but they are always there and ready to listen and help out if anyone is not sure.
