- The code base and the technologies used there are not old - they are ancient. Everything that Java community has already denounced is present in Clear Destination and kept from updating at any price. You will be invited with promises for great innovations but at the end you will be asked just to maintain something that is already dead. - I never met my supervisor because she feels so entitled to turn on her camera that all meeting looked like a ghost venue. - Finally, the company sold its programmers to another company without asking them if they want to work for the new company or not. Just informed them post factum that they are kicked out. No payment of the accumulated vacation days despite the fact that they promised that vacations will be transferred.
