Poor "leadership" and no employee valuation ruined the company - Operations ClearObject Employee Review

When I first started at this company, my job function from what I applied changed my first day. This did not seem to be uncommon for new employees. When I was hired, everyone had grand ideas and the culture was very "hands on your back." As time went on, the company laughably had a reorg every 6 months. They couldn't find people that had experience in what they needed so they'd just shift people around until they couldn't take or hack it anymore. The company NEVER hired or promoted from within, rather taking the cheapest, most inexperienced person to fill spots. Jobs were never even posted internally! Further, this company works you to the bone, and then takes the bone marrow from you and offers you a cheap t-shirt as a thanks for having 3 hours of sleep on a several day project, using up all your weekend days in addition to a full++ work week for MONTHS on end while forcing you to track every minute of your time to see if you're expendable. They dangle $100 per quarter bonuses if the company meets sales goals and you meet your obscene goals. They literally had hand fireworks to finally offer a 401k match of 50% of the first 4%, but then dissolved the program after two months. They fired two employees that gave birth to children within days of the child's birth. Having a mass layoff once a year was also not uncommon because the company has no direction on what they want to do nor the headcount to get it done. The PE firm that acquired the company then turned around and sued the former leadership team for lying about financials; how comedic is that? Once COVID-19 hit, the financial straights the company was already in plus the loss of business starting March 2020 was so drastic that they've eliminated entire departments and currently run on a skeleton crew, but who knows for how long. Worth noting - No HR director has ever been employed longer than 2 years in the time I was employed.
