Pros
Working at this company has contributed more to both my professional and personal development than I thought possible from an employer. I joined ClearPathGPS just a little over three years ago. I have grown both as a person and a worker because of the company culture and leadership in my department. Simultaneously learning about the telematics industry and the industries we provide service to has taught me more than I could have imagined. It is a fast paced environment that rewards those who think outside the box, take pride in their work and most importantly, take initiative. The company looks after its employees and is transparent in its goals and direction. They do their best to offer opportunities and reward hard work. There is a relaxed atmosphere among staff and departments but also a collective understanding that you have to work hard to achieve results. We pride ourselves on the services provided to our customers and it's evident on an almost daily basis. If you are a hardworking, adaptable, and self motivated worker you will succeed and enjoy working for this company.
Cons
There really aren't many or even any cons. ClearPathGPS is a company based on merit. You get out what you put in. It takes a certain kind of attitude to both enjoy and succeed during your time at the company. It is certainly tricky to get up to speed and feel confident in your role; there is plenty of support and openness, but if you need hand holding, this is not the place for you.
