Pros
ClearPlan is a consulting firm so there are great benefits of being able to work in various locations throughout the US! This particular company offers various types of pay structure as they recognize that it's not a "one size fits all" world. As an employee of ClearPlan, I feel valued and appreciated, something that not everyone gets to experience. Additionally, twice a year we have a company meeting for training, networking, etc., always wonderfully hosted in a lovely location. Finally, this company is growing at a strong pace - even during the strange times of the COVID-19 outbreak - and diversifying into new areas. There is never a shortage of work and that gives a great sense of security.
Cons
None of the cons are company specific but apply to any consulting-type job. Anyone who does not want to travel on a regular basis for work may find it difficult as the majority of assignments do require regular travel. It's a specific "way of life" so to speak, and not meant for everyone. As a company, I feel that ClearPlan wants their team to be happy and healthy with a good work-life balance however, depending on the assignment one is working on at any given time, work-life balance may be impaired by a tight deadline.
