Pros

Great coworkers who will be lifelong friends

Cons

1) They make you pay for parking. $10 a day adds up when you're going in-office 3x a week. That's about $1500 a year they're asking you to pay to come work for them. 2) Pay is low for the work required, OTE is not accurate. No demand for the tool makes it hard to sell. 3) Micromanagement galore 4) Leadership preaches transparency but everything that comes from them seems fabricated 5) Office hours are 8:30-5:30, a whole extra hour from the typical 9-5. 6) Culture went down hill, leadership doesn't seem to care about employees

Pros

I had a great experience working at Clearpoint for just under a year as a BDR. It was an excellent place to build foundational skills and gain real, hands-on experience in sales. The management team was supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping employees grow and succeed. I always felt encouraged and guided, which made a big difference in my development. One of the standout aspects of Clearpoint is its strong company values and positive culture. The environment is collaborative, motivating, and built on mutual respect, making it a place where people enjoy coming to work and contributing to the team.Overall, I would highly recommend Clearpoint to anyone looking to start or grow their career, especially in a BDR role.
