10yI would like to start our response by saying that this person is lying about who they are. That should tell you something right off the bat. This was not posted by a Branch Manager in Verona because the Branch Manager here (and who is still here) has been with the company for almost 36 years. It is very easy for someone to post something anonymously and say whatever they want, fact or fiction. It is also easy, apparently, to lie in that post without recourse or accountability. Having said that, it is true that the Company President does present articles to the management team regularly. The management team also shares articles with him and each other. We work and learn together as any good leadership team would to stay on top of the market, the economy, and anything else that has a potential impact on the business. What good CEO does not bring in articles and information from outside the company to integrate into managing and leading an organization? It is obvious to me that this person has no firsthand knowledge from which to draw upon here. It is also obvious that whoever this person is, and if they indeed did work for us, our company was not for them. We are an education company, and obviously this person is too smart to be educated any further. We have very simple policies and practices that include paying our bills weekly. If this person was unwilling to properly fill out a simple expense report, it is likely that reimbursement would be delayed. Bottom line is that we do study results, we do study the world, we hold ourselves to established standards, and we operate under established policy and procedure to protect our Clients, Employees, and Business Partners.
