      Decent pay and relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      So far in 2019, there have been TWO rounds of layoffs (both shop and office) at the Lincoln, NE location alone. This is a huge issue. You won’t have job security if you work here. Nor will you have ALL the benefits they currently advertise, due to their downsizing and saving money.

      Everyone talks about how they want to promote their people but they string you along and keep you where you are indefinitely. They say they will train you and get you certifications but never do.
