Great Place to Work - but little to no support from management/supervisor when requested.. - Administrative Secretary I Cleveland State Employee Review

Unions and management can be very political. My position was a bit isolated from the other departments at CSU of my department's campus location and because most of my workday was spent, as it should have been, at my desk focused on my work. Sometimes I felt a bit left out of different employee and cross campus events because of the isolation and lack of interface with other employees and management.
