Cons
- Pay is abysmal! - Continuous budget cuts - Continuous revolving door of employees. There is no institutional knowledge any more. - Bureaucratic red tape for every little transaction - It's a dog fight between departments to charge fees to make their individual budgets look better (e.g., telecomm dept charges $75 to move an phone extension) - Management really doesn't care about employees.
