- Bosses are really accommodating, do their best to help and support staff. Also constantly putting out helpful scripts/plugins to help the artists. - Super talented and passionate staff - Fulfilling projects - No crunch - employees are given tasks and are expected to take responsibility for their own use of time/meeting deadlines - The most important part - Amazing tea-making facilities
Cons
Sometimes lack of art direction / appropriate organisation of tasks can cause blockers or unnecessary extended iteration on assets. A producer/general art director would help a lot.
