Simply not as good as they think they are - their high attrition rate backs up that people aren't as happy as they'd have you believe. They sell the company as a buzzy lively culture, but it's far from it. The management are old-school and blinkered, they want to create a modern culture but are still using so many outdated corporate practices that don't gel with this ideology.
The benefits are also smoke and mirrors.. working from home and flexible working, monthly BBQs and social events are all advertised but I can't say any of these happened regularly. Flexible working is just a slightly earlier finish on a Friday, and not what it's sold as! Don't be fooled by fun sounding 'benefits' like 'Cake Tuesdays' either; just an excuse to have a company wide meeting with a pastry every fortnight where they put people on the spot. You also aren't allowed half-days which is the most bizarre company policy I've heard. Parking is a nightmare, but then it is at most offices.
I'd also strongly agree with the other reviews here that training and support seems non-existent other than qualifications which only certain people in the business can do, solely to make the company look good.
There is a strong blame-culture I witnessed, quick to find faults and put down people's opinions. Very pressured, irritable and fear-inducing management style with a lot of clear favouritism and back stabbing.
