Great growth and exit - Anonymous employee Clevest Employee Review

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and perspective. We haven't had layoffs in the manner you've described in a number of years. Quite the opposite, in fact. Over the last 2-3 years, we have grown our team rather significantly, and are continuing to hire for many key roles across the company. We have many tenured employees in all departments and across all levels of the organization, many of whom have helped grow the company from its roots. It would be poor business practice to let people go for the sake of hiring new people at lower salaries. Decisions to make changes are not done lightly, and usually they are tough decisions to make, but we are not afraid to make tough decisions should they be required for the future of Clevest and our staff.
