Pros
I have been onboard for several years with Clevry, and I must say that it has been a interesting ride starting small and with staffing and recruitment services mainly. But over the years we have developed a lot and become more tech like company focusing strongly Skills First Recruitments and have our own Skills First Recruitment Platform with world class assessments. There has been a lot to learn and future looks even more interesting. I certainly have enjoyed the ride!
Cons
Obviously with this kind a company, where you build new things and challenge the ways to do things, have highs and lows during the ride. And, what it takes from us, we need not to be afraid change and be able to live in a world that we are changing continiously. But, if you are fine with that then it´s not a problem.
