      Great team work dynamic, amazing work culture, and lots of support from colleagues + fun teambuilding events

      Cons

      I started the role during lockdown therefore i found it a bit difficult staying on top of everything. Time management can be an issue as it is a fast paced environment. Both a con and a pro of the gaming industry

      Great team with passion for success, where effort isnt measured in time invested but the outputs! Culture of nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      It's a journey where engagement in the business vision is important, it's not for everyone. For those that like the corporate approach of process and procrastination it won't be for you 😀

      Pros

      The Culture is amazing, There is no Hierarchy - everyone is treated the same Potential to grow within and out of the company is amazing Support within the workplace with personal issue's like mental health is better than I've seen else where. Everyone is Friendly, Kind and considerate to others. Alot of Fun activities to be had but professional at the right times

      Cons

      Its not a Corporate company, so wouldn't be for everyone.
