Pros

Full remote can always be a plus. It used to be a place full of smart hard working people unfortunately they've all been let go,

Cons

New Mgt in place since mid last year, company falling appart. Over half of the staff being let go. Total lack of vision from the Sr Mgt, no internal communication on changes, constant toxic high pressure from top level to employees. Extremely toxic atmosphere. Check other comments, they're all aligned: Avoid this company!

Pros

The front line teams are hard working, but severely overworked.

Cons

Job security is a concern: The company initially stated there would be no more layoffs after the first round in March of 2024, but just three months later, another round of layoffs occurred in July. Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.
