The management team had a lot of internal issues and were fairly horrible people to work with. They would argue in front of the entire office and consistently try to one up each other (at the expense of everyone else having to work late, redo work due to an unnecessary last minute change in direction for a project or wasting time by pitching to a brand which was obviously not a good fit for Clickon). There were many, many late nights only to discover the pitch that was being worked on was literally a cold call as opposed to a guaranteed opportunity. It was also a thankless job. Minimal pay and the head of finance was known to ask employees to literally spy on each other and report back to him if there was any 'misconduct'.
