There is a person whose is paid half a cr, and he has an awesome job that entails only checking the attendance and shotuing at the employees. The team consists of graduates from premier colleges, but they make it a point to hire the cheapest and worst of the respective batch. Ahh. It was so fun so much working here. If you have a knack to enjoy stupidity, then you die laughing here.

The person who is paid for checking attendance is usually short on attendance himself, and it's no fun when he isn't around.

They will provide you lucrative salary package. Although in terms of tax and all they will further divide into two parts and let me warn you the second will not be considered as salary for next company.

1. They will not provide you the appointment letter till one weak of your joining(although they may commit you the same). 2. Its mentioned in appointment letter that there is a probation period of 3 months and they will provide you the confirmation letter after three months and they actually mean it. Consider yourself nowhere in the company till first three months. 3. HR policy nothing documented.and they may give the excuse that this is just the start up. why the hell are you operating this company when you cannot give any employee benefits.
