The recruitment process at ClientEarth was informative and professionally arranged. I was updated every step of the way.
I have been warmly welcomed and am enjoying my first few weeks at ClientEarth. I am learning and settling down well with various inductions programs planned by Admin & Operations, IT, HR & Finance.
ClientEarth is a very structured organization but not hierarchical as everyone is approachable and helpful, welcoming any silly questions that I may have. It's nice to work well together and share our global mission of saving our planet & people from climate risks.
There have been several organizational Rest days this year to allow proper rest for all staff during this Pandemic so that is very nice and thoughtful.
