ClientFirst offers a vibrant, team-oriented culture in a small, but growing business environment. As previous reviews have stated, there is an emphasis on "family comes first", so when a family emergency or issue arises, they are willing to accommodate you and be flexible. It is a fun place to work if you like to be creative and work with others, and an exciting place to work if you like to watch a business grow and thrive. Despite the poor economic situation nationwide, they have managed to sustain, and even grow, their business. I believe this is because the leadership is firm in their belief in conducting business with integrity.
Cons
It is a small business, so if you're working there in an administrative capacity there is not much room to grow. However, when I worked there I was told that if I wanted to pursue a role on the consulting side of the business they would help and encourage me while I got the training I would need over time. So there are opportunities to grow with the company; it might just take some extra work and training to learn new skills.
