Where do I begin... Frequently being spoken down to by senior management who have a decade of acting the way they have. (in my opinion) Directors are too close to retirement to care, and are aware of issues with senior leadership team. Just choose to ignore. This company is too small to have a HR team who can do anything about historic and current staff behaviors. All I can do is warn others.
