Loved working here- my boss was great and even though the NYC office was small, I enjoyed my time here.

Only Con would be not speaking more with the team in Germany. NYC seemed a bit silo-ed.

Research on Climate Change. Friendly team.

Most of the research will not make a solid change on the ground. It is theoretical, not entirely applicable. The project management situation is chaotic with little appetite to change. High rotation.
