      The company cares about its employees, they have good training programs to keep you updated on new technology or to give a newer employee a good start. There is a feeling of teamwork throughout the company that is hard to find anywhere.

      Cons

      For my personal and professional preferences I don't view any cons with the company.

      Care about their people, Fair compensation plan, part of a bigger organization so the resources to help accomplish our required goals are supported well, understands our needs of living in the Roaring Fork Valley, when employees comment/provide feedback the company listens and is respectful
