Everyone really is supportive and looks out for each other. The CEO is very transparent and takes open questions and concerns each week at the All Hands. Everyone working here is excited about the mission, and we have a very talented people working here from India, US, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina.
Cons
With any start up, we dont have a lot of process around things that could help us move faster. Everyone here is really excited about the opportunity, and sometimes we can overwork. Help us stay prioritized.
