      Pros

      Great working environment. Great team and fun project work. Doing good work ethically speaking and everyone there believes in it. Benefits are pretty decent and employee support is overall really good

      Cons

      Some stability problems financially more recently. Trust in upper management is a bit lacking due to instability caused by rapid growth without a good plan

      Everyone is there to help you better yourself personally and professionally. I’ve learned a lot here and I can see myself working here for years to come. I am grateful I’ve been able to match up my expertise with an environmental approach.

      Very supportive colleagues, great benefits, heavy on work-life balance

      Management/leadership is a mess, there is minimal to no room to grow because they are more focused on cleaning up the company than rewarding the people doing the work. Minimal promotions or salary increases
