A complete and utter mess within the management and ownership that shows up in every department. The environment is horribly toxic. Around 80-90% of the sales meetings are to threaten, yell and demean the salespeople. They stress a "team" environment and ask "what can we do to help?" But then interrupt and jump down the person's throat who answers while calling their need for help an "excuse". The majority of meetings included management boasting about their shady and unethical business practices that prey on the elderly and uninformed. Leadership does not provide functional meetings for the benefit of personnel, and the management appear to purposely avoid properly training employees for the following reasons: 1. It provides them with plausible deniability when customers call to complain. 2. They can claim the salesperson "didn't finish the sale" and use this method to prevent the salesperson from reaching a higher commission. 3. They're truly unfit for their position and can't be bothered to further their education in solar or alternate financial options. Don't let the salary fool you. Although it appears decent, you're expected to work 6 days a week and often are not made aware of appointments up to two hours away until the last minute. These are 10 to 12 hour days. Severe and dangerous road conditions are not considered a reason to reschedule appointments. Don't expect to make any real commission. It's only available after 5 sales per month for the remainder of that month and even after that, you'll need to reach a ridiculous quota to receive a lower than average commission percentage. Even then, they've had several incidents of holding commission until "postive reviews" on Google/referrals are provided. Obviously, this is highly illegal but leadership believe they're above the most basic ethics. By the way, nearly all positive employee reviews posted online are there because leadership demanded them to be posted. Leadership has continously changed the commission structure under the guise of "expanding to other markets" but they've failed to research, develop and properly equip employees in those out-of-state markets. Two of the top three within leadership have recent felonies tied to the financial market. Women are clearly overlooked within the organization, talked down to and treated as second-class citizens, especially in sales and appointment setting. The "boys club" mentality runs wild and creates a truly unsafe environment. On countless occasions, they have attempted to change the narrative if anyone attempts to bring up inappropriate behavior or worse. These men within the leadership positions believe they're "Wolves of Wallstreet" when they're just Coyotes of Westnedge. They are incapable, incompetent, and spend far more time being petty to former employees than correcting the mistakes they themselves created.
