Highly Disorganized - Technical Program Manager ClinIntell Employee Review

I have gained so much professionally from interning at ClinIntell. It’s a place where I have gotten to do many types of work and feel like I’ve truly gotten to add value to the team!

I think that if you are someone who doesn’t want to get candid feedback, this might not be the workplace for you. Personally, for me, I find that very helpful, but I think some people might have a difficult time for it.

It was a small company. I didn't have much experience working for small companies, so it was a new experience.

The top management was awfully manipulative. These horrible people tell you to love your job so that they can make you work terrible and stressful hours. They won't even care if you are exhausted or near burnout. So, avoid expecting any empathy from these evil people.
