Coworkers were friendly and tried hard to help. My direct supervisor was supportive.

Higher ups are entitled and out of touch. They make promises to customers that their employees can't produce. They just want to line their pockets. Project Managers are put on pedestals and always get what they want. Human Resources can't be trusted. They are friends with the bosses. They gossip and gang up instead of help vulnerable employees. This place will hurt your mental health and confidence. Very 2faced. Higher ups will sacrifice their subordinates to make themselves look good.
