Pros
This company is always seeking ways it can grow and be better than the day before. I love that I have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of so many incredible people that come through the training program. Working for a smaller, innovative company allows for your voice to truly be heard. I absolutely adore the close knit team at the company. Everyone is welcoming, kind and always willing to help. The remote, flexible hours allow for a unique work life balance.
Cons
The fast pace growth means constant change. At times that change can make it difficult to maintain a consistent balanced schedule.
