Pros
I wish there was some to say but there just isn't.
Cons
The place literally has 3 cameras on average staring at each employee and ending with warning for being 1 minute late, (they will lock the entrance you will have to ask someone to let you in) and you need to use your PTO to make up for it. I have never once seen a company have this as a practice.
No 401k. Only have one PTO program allows 5 days off a year mixing with your sick days, also you won't get paid if you take a day-off before or after company paid holiday.
High turn over rate, people are in and out there. The new employee orientation normally starts after the third week because lots of people quit in first few weeks.
There is not enough parking, some of us have to carpool or Uber there; if you drive there, get ready to be blocked in and never leaving for your lunch or your day.
Overall not recommend to work there, old culture rules the company and they don't want you to grow but working like a labor.
