Pros

Pay is okay, no pros

Cons

Managers are constantly fighting each other. No one gets along. Everyone tries to get each other in trouble. Workload/job description increases after getting hired on, not enough support from managers. Managers force a timeline for things to be completed and are not open to suggestions or change. No sick time just one PTO program that allows 5 days off a year including if you use that time if you’re sick or have an emergency. HR department as they like to call it, is the wife of the owner which is a complete conflict of interest. You’re asked to not talk to your coworkers since according to HR, “they don’t know anything, ask us if you have questions.” If you do, someone will end up telling HR that you weren’t “working but distracting other coworkers.” Its a constant war between Production department and Quality Department. If you want to work at a place where you can get along with your coworkers and possibly make friends, this is not the place to work.

Pros

I wish there was some to say but there just isn't.

Cons

The place literally has 3 cameras on average staring at each employee and ending with warning for being 1 minute late, (they will lock the entrance you will have to ask someone to let you in) and you need to use your PTO to make up for it. I have never once seen a company have this as a practice. No 401k. Only have one PTO program allows 5 days off a year mixing with your sick days, also you won't get paid if you take a day-off before or after company paid holiday. High turn over rate, people are in and out there. The new employee orientation normally starts after the third week because lots of people quit in first few weeks. There is not enough parking, some of us have to carpool or Uber there; if you drive there, get ready to be blocked in and never leaving for your lunch or your day. Overall not recommend to work there, old culture rules the company and they don't want you to grow but working like a labor.
